Usage-rights monitoring for Meta ads

Stop running creator ads past their license.

Lapse matches every live Meta ad to the creator license behind it, and flags ads that are expired, about to expire, or running with no agreement linked before a creator notices.

The problem

Your rights live in spreadsheets. Your ads live in Ads Manager.

Nothing connects the two, so creator ads keep running after the usage window in the contract ends.

Turning off a creator's partnership code doesn't stop ads that are already live. Someone has to check every ad against every license, every time.

How it works

Three steps. Then Lapse keeps checking.

  1. Step 1

    Import your rights

Upload your usage-rights spreadsheet (creator, asset, channels, start and end date, one row per asset) or add licenses by hand.

  2. Step 2

    Connect Meta, read-only

Pick the ad accounts to watch. Lapse asks Meta only for read access to your ads (ads_read). It never creates, edits or pauses ads.

  3. Step 3

Get alerted before it costs you

Lapse re-checks your live ads every 6 hours on Starter and every hour on Agency and Scale. New violations are emailed as soon as they're found, and expiring licenses are flagged ahead of time. Everything is on your dashboard.

What Lapse flags

Three findings, each with a next step

Expired
The ad is live, but its license has ended or was revoked. End dates count through the last day of the license.
Expiring soon
The license ends inside your alert window. You're alerted 14, 7, 3 and 1 days out by default; change it in Settings.
No agreement linked
A creator partnership ad with no license on file. Lapse suggests a match so you can link it in one click. Shown as Untracked in the dashboard.
